Our service includes all of the following:
- Weekly/Monthly collection of rent
- Contact you, via email or phone, with regards to any potential maintenance issues
- Arrange any repairs or maintenance if need be
- 24 hour emergency call out service
- Management of tenant check out process
- Ensure all utility bills are settled
- Inventory check property once vacated
- Settle deposit payments less possible deductions via TDS (Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
The list can be extended to a complete service including gardening service, CP12 certificates as well as the redirection of mail, ensuring your full peace of mind.

- Collect all bank, job and previous landlord references
- Full credit check & reference check potential tenants
- Ensure all utility bills are transferred correctly
- Inventory check prior to tenant occupation
- Ensure tenants are provided with sufficient sets of keys
- Record meter readings of utilities for your records
Once the tenant has moved in, we'll pass the monthly management of the property back to the Landlord/Investor if opting for self management.
